Food Experiments
This week we’re going to try two experiments and see how it works in terms of cost and satiety. We’re having banana oatmeal with pomegranate seeds and walnuts for breakfast every day this week. We’re also having a salad every day for lunch. The first two days will be a mexican salad - ground beef, corn, and sauteed peppers over lettuce, cucumbers, tomato and avocado. We made a roasted tomato-chipotle salsa since there are no decent salsas in the store here.
